Sara Bradley
Founder | Teacher | Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner
Namasté, Sara here. I am the founder of Wyld Roots Yoga & Wellness.
My start in healthy living began from my childhood, imbuing all parts of my life over the years. Yoga has always been a component of my life. After becoming a mother, I began a more regular, dedicated practice of yoga, finding it strengthening for my body, calming for my mind, and healing for my spirit. Today, yoga philosophy is engrained in almost every aspect of my life.
I have worked in the alternative health field for almost 21 years as a colon hydrotherapist, community herbalist, Reiki practitioner and certified wellness coach. Today, I enjoy the science and philosophy of yoga and its mind, body, spirit trichotomy and how that relates to our well-being. After many years of personal practice, in the spring of 2017, I received my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification. My first taste of intense yogic studies stirred me even more than before and led me to complete my Advanced Yoga Studies certification at the Asheville Yoga Center in 2018. I am a 500 E-RYT (experienced registered yoga teacher).
Being a life-long student, I am always finding new ways to strengthen my own practice along with my students’. My intention is to create a safe and nurturing yoga class where each student feels empowered in the body they bring to the mat that day. My focus is to guide my students into a holistic self-awareness through conscious alignment and mindful breath, uniting the body, mind and spirit.
